Cancellation and Return Policy
We have a 24 HOURS CANCELLATION POLICY.
Appointments canceled less then 24 hours are subject to
$15 CANCELLATION FEE.
Missed appointments are subject to $30 CANCELLATION FEE.
Missed appointments that are part of promotional 6 session packages automatically cancel the promotional value. The price for the remaining session(s) reverts to the regular price.
If for any reason the promotional package is canceled and not all 6 (SIX) sessions are used, the return calculation is based on the regular price of the service only.
There are NO REFUNDS for purchased products or pre-paid services. STORE CREDIT ONLY is available if you developed an intolerance or allergy to our oils or cosmetic products. Or, if you need to cancel pre-paid services we issue you a Spa Gift Card that could be used for any other products and services at the Salon.
